Returns & Refunds Requirements

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any refund claim, you *must* provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video that shows:

1.⁠ ⁠The sealed package before opening
2.⁠ ⁠The complete unboxing process in a single take
3.⁠ ⁠Any damaged product (with all parts)
4.⁠ ⁠The shipping label with order details

No other claims will be accepted without this video.

General Return Conditions

Your item must meet ALL of these conditions:
