Returns & Refunds Requirements
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any refund claim, you *must* provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video that shows:
1. The sealed package before opening
2. The complete unboxing process in a single take
3. Any damaged product (with all parts)
4. The shipping label with order details
No other claims will be accepted without this video.
General Return Conditions
Your item must meet ALL of these conditions:
1. Purchased within the last 7 days
2. Not in the same condition as shown at the time of purchase
3. Returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Refund Conditions
